Thought number #1. Courtney is far too old in my opinion to be wearing a midriff bearing top...no matter how 'fit' she is.
#2. This is kind of an odd pairing imo, but they both are married to funny guys so maybe David and Sacha know each other somehow...

I think it's just the wind blowing up Courteney's top. I don't see them together because Isla seems like such a sweetheart and Courteney seems like such an ice cold bitch.
