I'd never seen a corgi puppy before! How sweet, those dogs are cute even when they're older though.

I'm not sure if that dog is a Coon Hound Tiki, I just thought it looked cute! It may very well be one though

in tomato juice in order to get rid of the smell. (Does that work?)

I'm not sure if I'll do this right but I have to post some of my "siblings". My mom went nuts over pets after my dad passed away. I don't mean that in a bad way, she loves animals and for the first time in her life there wasn't anyone to tell her no. So, she has alot but many are rescues and they are all well cared for and loved very much. She's also taken in several cats that have been dumped on her or have wandered from from the Amish farms at my grandparents. Sadly, the cats from there are carriers of feline leukemia. So, we've taken in many of them, some get better and never have a problem again and others are healthy and take a turn for the worse within a week. But, at least when they are taken in by my mom, they are fed and given a place to stay and have their own kitty kennel.

    Additional Comment:
Golly DANG! Can someone please tell me how to resize these? That's ridiculous!

    fixed it for ya

I'm going to tell her that. She needs to hear it. My mother has had a pretty rough life. My dad used to joke that that he always had a "black cloud" over him. After he passed away, my mother was fired while on disability, has had the house fall apart, had the house hit by a tornado October of 2004 and had to watch a video of my younger sister with a gun to her head when her store was robbed. She's one of those people that you think that nothing else could possibly go wrong and lo-and-behold...

One of the few things that have made her happy is taking care of the little fluff balls. Her dream is to open a non-profit shelter but she also wants to do temporary pet care for people who have to go into nursing homes or hospice. Sometimes a pet is the only thing people have and it's heartbreaking to know that some people have been forced to give up their fuzzy loved one because they're too ill to take care of them and no one else is available or willing. We will take the animal in and take them to visit and keep them until the person has returned home or passed away. Only then will we find a home for the pet. We've seen first hand how much an animal knows, when my dad came home from surgeries, we were worried about our Keeshond, Teddy. He was a bit of a jumper, but not once did he jump up at my dad, he very calmly walked by my dad's side or laid on the floor next to his chair. We saw the same thing with Yogi, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix of my grandmothers. After she came home from having a serious bypass done, this normally spastic little dog was as slow and calm as could be. He just sat in her lap "smiling". Eventually, I'll have a website up and I'll have the cafe press store stocked with stuff featuring all the little darlings!
