I'm glad to hear she's recovering well. You must be so glad it's over with, there's not much worse than the wait to get our pets back from surgery!
I hope her leg does straighten but if it doesn't she'll be ok. My last dog had badly deformed back legs (they buckled in at the knees, then splayed back out again)) that the vet decided not to operate on because he was able to walk and run just fine, although he did look a little odd. He used to bunny hop when he ran which looked so cute. Poor Taz was one of those unlucky dogs who just seemed to have everything wrong with him, but he was a really cheery dog throughout his entire life.
Dogs are amazingly resilliant and usually find ways to compensate for any little 'problems'.
She's a real cutie, no wonder you picked her.
