Lovely name for your lovely girl.

She's gorgeous! That's so kind of you to take her in.

She looks a lot like my precious girl, Biscuit. Pretty sure she has Maine Coon in her. We found her abandoned in a parking lot when she was a little kitten.... I've already got too many cats, but just couldn't leave her there near that busy road. Poor baby was so hungry.

I don't understand how people can just dump innocent animals like that.

Awww, it sounds like Biscuit landed on her feet in the end anyway. It's so sad to think that someone could just abandon a little kitten though. I don't think I'll ever get my head around that. My pets are with me for life and you'd have to kill me to get them away from me. I'd like 5 minutes alone with Arwyn's former owners.

Has Biscuit ever got over the need to eat like she's never seen food before?
Arwyn practically inhales her food so we're having to give her small meals several times a day, or she just overfills herself and pukes everywhere. I suppose she still doesn't realise that the food will keep coming, so she eats all her meals like they could be the last for a long time.

It's been a week today since we found her and still no owner. 1 more week till we can adopt her.

Aww, poor baby's not sure if it'll be her last meal or not!

Biscuit does have a huge appetite, and also has a really bad habit of digging in the trash. I know it's because she was used to eating out of a dumpster. She can have a fresh bowl of food sitting right there, but will still pull stuff out of the can.

We've had her almost a year and she still does it constantly. When we let her outside she likes to get in my neighbors' trash too. Luckily they've been pretty nice about it.

Here's a recent pic of her-- I think she and Arwyn favor a good bit!:
(her big fluffy tail is kind of hidden here though)

My daughter (whose pretty face I blocked out just to be safe!) spoils this kitty rotten. It was on her birthday last year that we found her, in the parking lot of a restaurant. She named her "Biscuit" because she's so lovable and is always kneading her paws in and out like she's making biscuits.

Wow Sweetness our cats could almost be twins. Apart from the age difference and the fact we're in different countries lol. She's lovely and she seems to have as good a nature as Arwyn too.

I suppose we'll just have to keep on with the frequent smaller meals if it's likely she's always going to be a hungry cat. It's just a bit of a pain because our other cat Frodo is on a diet and of course he thinks every time the cat food comes out that he should be fed too. I'll just have to get used to him giving me evil, pissed off cat, looks from now on.
