I had a cat when I was little, if he was under a bed/couch/table and you went looking for him, the second you stuck your face down to see if he was there....*smack* he'd attack your face, crazy little bastard.

Why doesn't the owner just keep the cat inside? Or is that too simple and obvious?

People don't just egg cats. If the cat was egged, it was because somebody came armed in case of an attack. They could have done much worse to it, but they threw something that would break.

What's funny to me about this is the cat's name, Lewis. It's like he's some freaky crazy retarded neighborhood kid that nobody can stand.

Cats have SHARP teeth. I'd rather be bitten by a comparably-sized dog.

Aha! I see you've possibly been hiding outside my bedroom window observing the cat as a frisbee approach used in this household at 3 am.

How did this woman attempt to administer Prozac to a cat??

Water pistols are very effective in the case of a Cat Attack. When we had freerange chooks in the back yard we had a replica Repressive Latin American Dictatorship Water Canon style Super Soaker ready and primed at all times. It worked a treat.

The cat is probably bored and wants to play but plays too agressive and scares people. I have a cat that hides and waits for me and jumps out sometimes and grabs my legs and sometimes she does get over zealous but she is just playing. It does hurt sometimes but nothing serious. My husband has had some nasty scratches when he jerks his hand or leg away too fast. The cat just needs some discipline training and kept inside. (I guess you can tell I love cats.)

This story was even on the news last night.
Most people would keep an attack cat inside without having to be ordered.
With an attitude like hers, she has a more serious problem then Lewis.

    How about this:

Have him de-clawed, and all his teeth filed down, or even removed.

He could easily be brushed off your leg, and being gummed isn't too painful.

Generally speaking people tend to be very anti-cat here. Not because they attack people so much, but they kill a lot of wildlife/native species. There is a big problem with feral cats, originally descended from domestic cats, which live in the wild and can be very destructive. Unfortunately it's not uncommon for people to put down poison and traps, even in suburban areas, so it's always a good idea to keep your cat indoors at night and some people keep their animals indoors 24/7 (which I think is unfair on the cat).

I predict that Lewis is going to mysteriously disappear one of these days.....

We had a cat just like this when I was growing up! It was kinda fun in a way. It was some excitement! We would run to where ever we had to go. It was kinda like the fear you would get if you were in Friday the 13th but the hiliarity of the tiny bunny in Monty Python's Holy Grail. If you can get what I mean.
