Great.. I hope she didn't get...you know, while she was on the run. Or at the pound.
Thats OK-the vet can fix it all.

No wonder your Bailey doesn't mind having her around.

She's adorable, btw. Hope you have many happy years together. And I always love a good rescue story.

This pic looks like she's either thinking or looking at you out of the corner of her eye.
Into the sunrise. The sunset is sad to me….it only means the night is coming.

Bella is absolutely precious and so lucky to have found a loving home. I adore yorkie's, the little princesses.

We went to the vet last night. She is heartworm negative , I was worried about that.

She has a bad tooth which needs removed and a good cleaning. And he thinks the hernia may be more involved and will only know when he opens her up..

He thinks he won't be able to do the spay, hernia and the dental all at once cause of the amount of time she is under so likely it will be 2 surgeries.. He mentioned asking the pound to see if the Humane Society would help with the bills, he said they have done it before when dogs they adopt out are Heartworm Postive. I'm a member of our local humane society so you can bet I'm gonna ask.

He's suppose to fax me an estimate today of a couple scenerios of the amounts the surgeries could be.. Say a prayer that it's not outrageous.

Last nights visit was $137, what'cha gonna do. She's my girl now.

Fingers crossed for everything to be good inexpensive, too

I know how quickly these bills add up. They should definitely help you out with the spay at the Humane Society.

Well I heard from my vet.. his estimate on the surgeries.. it will be 2- first spay/fix hernia and the second is the full dental and remove the bad tooth, depending on how many need removed..

Best case scenerio is $482 worst case around $620. So that's not as bad as I thought.. the way he talked the other day I was thinking $1,000+ and I was a little freaked out.

Not that I wanna spend that kind of money, that I don't have. But this stuff has to be done for my lil' girl.

So I'm gonna get her scheduled in pretty soon. I do think her being in heat is over he wanted to make sure of that.. before scheduling her.

Thanks guys for all the well wishes. Bella thanks you too.
