Be careful with tuna, even though he loves it, the high levels of mercury in it can be toxic to kitties.

    hey...

i didnt write all week because i felt like shit.
my sweet fluffy baby passed away monday morning... i have no idea what happend. the vet said he was ok... he ate really well the evening before and i cuddled him and then put him into bad and when i woke up a few hours later he was so weak and didnt move much. i tried to feed him but he wouldnt eat so i took him to the vet and he came out ten minutes later telling me he's gone
i cried my heart out that day. so bad my eyes were all red and puffy.
he was my baby for only five days but that's all it takes. i love him so much and ill always remember him.

his name was berry and he was five weeks old.

I'm so sorry for you! That is terrible. I hope you are doing ok and I hope that little kitten didn't die in pain.

At least he was loved and taken care of the last few days he lived. Still this is heartbreaking and sad.

I'm so, so sorry to hear that But you gave him five days of bliss and happiness that he wouldn't have known otherwise, and I'm sure that he's in where ever cats move on to thanking you for what you did for him.

Aw... poor little Berry. But you tried your best and he had a loving home for the last days of his life and that's more than some will have for a life time. You did a great job, guess he was just not strong enough to make it.

I am so sorry that Berry crossed over to the bridge at such a young age. (((Hugs)))

Sometimes animals do have seemingly unnoticed health glitches as was the case in our late rescue cedar waxwing, Sticky.

Sometimes all the love you can give these animals just isn't enough.

At least you can rest assured that Berry was very much loved and wanted while he was here.

Aw crap! Gosh, I'm so sorry. Seems like he was living his life for the last 5 days of happiness. Thanks for doing what you did.

My late kitties Apricot, PJ and Punkin are taking really good care of him. He's in great hands. I guarantee you by now, Berry's got his own set of toys and is eating sushi-grade tuna every meal. Sweet dreams, baby.

Oh, I am so, so sorry. It was so wonderful of you to take him in. You both were blessed by the short time you spent together.

Darn, Autumn. I'm all teary eyed and sending you my condolences. Taking him in was so noble of you. Keep in mind that you gave Berry a home and love, and that when he passed he was fortunate enough to have you there (and God know that most just don't have the same luck).
