In the last year I have lost the 17 year old kitty, the 13 1/2 year old lab, the 24 year old horse and the 82 year old uncle. I have begun to think that the Angel of Death is circling my house. Unfortunately 85 year old MIL, the bane of my existance will definately outlive me.....

AND we just heard that another of my Dad's brothers died last night. We were not close to him, but still.

I'm so sorry for all of you who are in mourning, especially those of you whose loss is so recent.

Pwry, I wish I knew some words of comfort that would instantly ease your heart, but you did your best by your beloved Milo and I'm sure he knew that he was much loved. I believe that they'll be waiting for us.

Thank you for the kind words. I just feel so tortured now. His picture is my facebook (if you wanna friend me and see, patra reiser) and it just breaks my heart to see his little pink nose and happy face. I cam home from work today to not have him here. So sad. I can't take the grief.

ConstranceSpry, I have two rescue dogs: Chewy, a Chow chow something I rescued 5 years ago this hallowe.en and an 11 year old, 4 pound toy ppoodle named Romeo. He came from a puppy mill where he was the stud. I adopted him last year. My friends joke he is 4 pounds of pood and 10 puounds of penis. Heha. But yeah,. I have my two other boys that didn't get alot of my attention this past month as I got Milo's diagnosis and I was running from Vet hospital to work tohome to vet hsopital. I now have $7 thousand of vet bills that I have NO idea how i am going to pay. I am not only in grief, but majorly screwed.

Seriously though, I appreciate your good wishes. It makes a difference. xx

I canceled my facebook account months ago to get away from constant crap from a few very annoying relatives. But I'll try to support you here!

My condolences to Constance and pwry and anyone else who has lost a pet. A day doesn't go by that I don't think of my Mitsuko so I do understand. It will get better in time. At least you did everything you could for them. *hugs*
