Your not jaded yet, I watch Animal Cops and after a while you just don't trust anyone.
My daughter watches it. I couldn't get through one episode. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

but the good part is the bad guy always gets caught then they hand cuff the RB and take them off to jail and we get to see the animal find a loving home.. but sometimes like in the case of the horder all 21 cats had to be put to sleep - they had feline leukemia. It can be hard to watch but I'm always cheering for the animal and hoping the asshat human gets caught.

    Recent photo of Courage

COURAGE UPDATE: Here is Courage's constant companion and main squeeze - Isis. They are inseparable, love to play and be with each other.

A pretrial hearing has been set for the woman accused of animal cruelty in the case of a severely emaciated German shepherd.
Kimberly Nizato of Bellflower is scheduled to appear at on Nov. 15 at Norwalk Superior Court.
Nizato, 26, was arrested April 16 and charged with one count of felony animal cruelty after she surrendered the ailing dog to a family acquaintance.
Veterinarians said the dog, renamed Courage by the group that paid for his care, was half his normal body weight and had eaten dirt to survive. Courage has recovered and has been adopted by a Huntington Beach woman.
A judge determined on Sept. 14 that there was sufficient evidence to proceed with a trial against the former veterinary technician. A pretrial hearing or conference is typically held after a case has been indicted. The conference is a hearing where a court may consider motions, matters that will promote a fair and speedy trial, and matters related to the conduct of the trial itself.
Nizato, a former employee of Southern California Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Irvine, was exonerated from her bail requirement at the conclusion of her preliminary hearing.

Oh, witchy!! Can you believe how great Courage is doing?? His girlfriend is quite a looker, too

This bitch had a preliminary trial down the street from where I work (in Santa Ana). I wanted to go there just to see her ugly face.

The court case against Kimberly Nizato of Bellflower, who is charged with felony animal cruelty, was continued today to Dec. 16.
Nizato’s attorney, Andrew Stein, is defending another client at trial and requested the continuation at Norwalk Superior Court, Dept. N.
Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Bainbridge had no objection to the request.

I really wish they would get on with this and sentence her to life in prison without parole. I know that won't happen but hope she doesn't get away with this.

I'm so happy for Courage. I'm with you Witchy in wanting to see her get locked away forever, but she probably won't even get any jail time.

Courage's girlfriend is beautiful. So glad he has a happy ending.
