Default I washed my cat !!!

A couple of days ago, I decided to wash my cat (nearly one year old) for the third time, because she (yes it's a girl ^^ ) was infested with fleas.

The thing is, you have to wait 5 minutes for the shampoo to ... work
It's been awful, my cat was completely freaked out, normally she doesn't complain (nice thing !) because I'm very fast - shower - shampoo - shower - towel, 3 minutes

I managed to take some pics
    *it is worth seeing !*

I have a bad feeling about his ...
    I'm all wet !!!
    LET ME OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!
    My life sucks !
    You're such a mean mistress !!!!

She was very angry at me, poor little thing, I must have scared the shit out of her !!!!

But the sadistic part of me can't help but thinking "the pics are soooo funny"

    Bless her heart, she's pretty.
I love the one with her in the towel.
    Cats are too adorable.

Beautiful kitten. Have you considered using something like Revolution, which is a once a month application that also treats many other parasites? It would be a lot more effective, and easier, on your cat.

Hey ,Tiny,we have in here a medecine in small vials, like ampules, you break it and pour the liguid in kitties neck so they cant lick it off.
IT works, and i am sure you can find it in France, just ask any pet shop.

I had to give my cat a bath a few days ago because we moved and he managed to pee, poop and puke on himself in the carrier (for the whole four mile trip)!

Ew!!! Sometimes it can't be avoided. I can't imagine giving my Siamese boy a bath, let alone the stray. I can barely give them the Revolution stuff -- it takes the two of us, lol.

The best way to bathe them is to buy a little screen from a hardware store (or home improvement center). Buy a little one that is framed and about 12 inches wide and 18 - 24 inches long. Once you place that in the tub, the cat will hold onto the screen Voila! Bathe away.

I've also heard it is much better to use a shallow basin than a tub because the cat will feel much more secure. I found an online source once that had an excellent explanation of how to do it so that the cat would be the least freaked out.

I've tried all kinds of things. It's not like bathing my dog. I just open the shower door and she strolls in
