That looks like a boston terrier, a lot of them have bulgey eyes but i've never seen ones with eyes like that! The dog might have cherry eye that's not being properly looked after which is the case for some bostons. Oh well, aslong as somebody loves him/her. It's also really excited too, so that doesn't help the bulgey eye problem either.

damn i think he sneezed too hard my friend has a pug who's eyes are like that just not quite that bad he's cute but he snores worse than any human

He is a boston terrier. I had one for a long time when I was kid. I think they're cute
