    Default Old dog, new tricks?

Have you had experience teaching your older dog new tricks? When my dog was a puppy, I could teach him a command like sit, lie down, or leave it in about 45 minutes if I reinforced the command later. Now that he's 6 he's harder to train: it took us about 3 weeks to teach him "make it squeak," referring to his squeaky toy.

But I'm SO happy he finally learned it, it's such a cute trick!
