In our first house - a townhouse - our Maine Coon desperately wanted to get outside and prowl around. Our front door had a window and ledge over it, and when we would get home from work our cat was up there, surveying us and the rest of the neighborhood. When we moved to our new house, with a big lawn, we finally let it out. I really feel pretty good about the few years she had to just kind of prowl around the yard and have a little freedom.

That was my favorite, too. I love Maine Coons, and hadn't seen them in that color before. Awesome breed to own and have around kids. And still miss mine a lot.
I have a friend that breeds Savannah cats. Cross breed between a Serval and domestic cat. My aunt used to have Maine Coons. Awesome cats, but shit, my face would poof up after contact with them due to being allergic. I'd love to have a Caracal.

Exactly! They are all like "whatevah! *yawn*"
