I need 'old man' names for a cat - suggestions welcome

so i've finally made up my mind and i'm getting a cat. specifically, a male kitten. still have to find said cat (i've put the word out to friends and acquaintances and hopefully someone knows someone with kittens who need a home) but i do know he will have an old man name, not a cute animal name.
so far, this is my short list:

boris - so far this is the one i like best
terrence
rodolfo
eugene
lucien
lucius
theodore

but i'm not 100% sold on any one of those (boris is the closest) so i need suggestions. what name screams 'old man' to you? preferably, grumpy old man (those are the best).

But you might wait until you see him. He may have other ideas. Cats often do.

and you're right, i have to see the cat to know what his name should be, that's why i need to put together a short list.

My boy cats have been named Fred, Barney, Ziggy and Ozzy.

i love bernard, leonard, arthur, stanley. and i'm liking geoffrey more and more. i think it's now tied in first place with boris. and stanley is second. there's some i love but can't do because i know guys with those names and don't want them to think i named my cat after them.
i need to make a list and see what old man name suits my future cat the most.
