    Default Dog meditation

Doga combines massage and meditation with gentle stretching for dogs and their human partners. Left, a doga class held at the Seattle Humane Society.

Doga instructors are not required to complete certification, though teacher training seminars do exist.

Brenda Bryan, left, with her dogs Gus and Honey, who appeared to have achieved a state of pure liberation and relaxation, led a class called "Doga: Yoga with Your Dog" at the Seattle Humane Society.

They can pay me and come to my house and lay on the floor with their dogs. Or better yet, stay home and do it for FREE.
