It's only two inches below her bellybutton. It just can't be bush. There's fairly dark shadows under her chin and armpit so I'd venture that she just has a slightly rounded tummy that is casting a bit of a shadow.

After seeing the slightly enlarged version of the pic, I think it's a shadow from a rounded tummy too.
