Thanks for pointing that out. This case is always brought up as an example of a frivolous lawsuit, but it is not as ridiculous as it seems when you don't know the details.

Just for the record thongs come in sizes up to an 8X, so I don't think a huge ass woman would try stuffing all of that in a tiny VS's thong.

Yes, I know thongs go up to plus sizes. What I meant was that the woman was overweight and refused to admit it to herself, thus trying a size small. The overstretched thong let loose and *POP* the metal piece hit her in the eye. This is one of the scenareos I imagined. Lol of course.
