    Paul — once the world’s fattest man at 70st — shed an incredible 46st in three years but as a result has so much loose flesh it completely covers his wedding tackle.

    I love Twitchy links, they make me want to laugh/cry/vomit all at the same time.

    His poor lower extremities. They are a blackish-purple from knees to toes. It's a wonder they haven't rotted off yet. I've seen that once, it was a Twitchy link IRL. You could see all the bones and tendons and whatnot. Not to mention the aroma wafting from it...gahhhhhhhhhh.
