Maybe they just put the kid in the check-in luggage thus eliminating the need for travel documents and ID.

If they can do it with a hyacinth macaw, they can probably do it with a 2 year old.

How? Ever know a two year old not to say a word? For hours?

Doped out two year olds say nothing— as Casey Anthony can attest, I'm sure.
Baby, by the time you have kids and they're in school, no one will care about you.

Hmm. Guess my mind can't even imagine that.

Yep, that's how it has always worked for me.

The story from Kirkland can't be right. My SIL needed a passport for her infant child to leave Europe. My friends with kids who have different last names often take additional information like birth certificates just in case they are asked to prove paternity or maternity.

I tried to cross into Canada with a friend from Germany who's daughter has another nationality. We were told that we needed more documents. We decided not to argue with them and bagged it.

Who knows. Maybe Sky has his mother's maiden name on his passport somewhere, a middle name or something.

Either way, the cops would know very quickly if a child left their jurisdiction for the Ukraine, even with multiple flight changes.

No. They're only concerned about water bottles, nail clippers and cupcakes.

Not if they're smart or if they've seen Jezi's avi. We've all been scarred by that thing, why should they be too? I wouldn't care if that baby's snotbubbles were liquid heroin, I'd pass it through security in a flash just so I don't have to look at that freakshow.
