the grandpa and his grandson fishing were not the ones who called the cops. a home owner nearby did, and the cop doesn't have to shoot at a snake unless he decides to using his own head to make that decision. really revolting!!

I know, I was just saying that if you are in a pond/lake fishing, you are just about guaranteed to see a snake. Unless the snake was about to bite someone, they should have just left it alone...
yeah when i first saw this story on the news, i was soooo appalled, i would ring that cops neck till it snapped if that were my baby. totally senseless!
