Is it possible that some of the less educated women don't even know what an orgasm is, or that they are "supposed" to be having one? I know of a patient of our clinic who was married, had several kids, but with a very low education level who didn't know what an orgasm was or that she was supposed to feel pleasure.
I'm not surprised at all. It would explain a lot though! Not hard to say and assume you're having "great sex" when you don't know what you're missing.
For ex. Heard of several women the ages of my grandparents generation who were married for 50+ years and claimed to have had a great sex life with their spouses and yet didn't know for sure what an orgasm was, or if they'd ever had one. I was actually surprised that many thought stuff like oral sex was gross, something that young men in their day might have gotten from a prostitute.
