Like she'd ever ruin her figure to have a kid.

Still a little icky that this chick moved in with the guy when she was only 15.

Definitely. Shotgun wedding perhaps? And now she's left to handle all of this on her own.

Her son is 3 (!) so she got pregnant at 14 or 15 by a 55 y.o. Yep, Courtney Stodden looks klassy in comparison.

"McKinley told her mother she suspected someone was getting into the home, moving things around, in recent weeks. They aren't in the habit of locking doors in Blanchard, Murray said. McKinley felt watched. She would call her mother, terrified, in the middle of the night.
Murray thought her daughter was imagining things because of the stress of Kenneth McKinley's illness. Neither of them called police."

If someone was in there moving stuff around, why didn't they take the medication then?

I was getting confused by the Justins. Both the son and the dead guy have the same name. Then I found this:

This Sara McKinley is the not the shooter-mom, but apparently the niece of the cancer guy.

wonder if there's anything in that?

I was wondering how no one mentioned the husband's age, until I got to the last page. I guess anything really is possible in backwoods country bumpkin towns. I also read that they had a few dogs and 2 had gone missing in the recent weeks. Her husband's pills had also gone missing in the weeks leading up to his death. I also think these guys have been working on this girl and her husband for a long time. As Mohandas mentioned, the dude who was shot was stalking her for almost 2 years. She only pieced it all together when she realized who she shot.
Also in the 911 transcripts, the operator doesn't tell her it's ok to shoot, in fact, she specifically states "I can't say that". She just says do what you have to do to protect you and the baby.

Regardless, it's pretty badass. Grabbing 2 guns, giving the baby the bottle to keep him quiet, then taking aim!

I was waiting for this. I watched her interviewed and things just did not add up. Her reactions and how she spoke were just off. I kept hoping it was just that damned cynical bitch that lives inside me and that I was wrong.
