    You would think they would want them to use the front entrance, you know, to keep an eye on the riffraff.

    Funny, they don't want to live with them, but they sure as hell will pay them to clean their house or serve their food.

    Yup it's extremely difficult in NYC to meet the affordable housing guidelines. Many units go un rented until the management companies lower the credit score requirements.

    In NYC 51k after taxes and other deductions is about 36k. That's before health insurance contributions, etc. I'm always amazed by those that can raise a child(ren) here on that.
