Everyone (including cellphones) was blown to smithereens by an antiaircraft missile the night the plane went missing. "They" know exactly where it went down but can't admit it. This Indian Ocean "search" for something they know isn't there is one big, expensive ($56m so far) smokescreen.

Okay I admit it. It's in my back yard, covered in snow. Don't tell anyone.

I any country shot down any plane anywhere on earth,I think every major power would know right then and demands for answers would be launched forthwith. I can't see this happening without alarms triggering in every direction. Which is a shame because at least we would know.

^ Not to mention that most people on the plane were Chinese so that could be seen as an act of aggression against China. The only reason to shoot the plane down would be if it was thought that the plane would crash / be used as a missle into a populated area, and if that's the case then why not own up to it. Furthermore if it was shot down anywhere near a populated area in that region there is no way that the debris field could be contained so that only one country had access to it to cover it up / clean it up.

I'm starting to think this is what happened. I think Malaysia shot the plane down. Every single thing that could have gone wrong seems to have happened. No radio contact, no radar, etc. Just seems mighty convenient.

We definitely need a tinfoil hat pool around this subject.

I don't think the general public is ready to hear that kind of information. I still think Flight 93 was shot down personally. And remember the Payne Stewart crash? A Learjet depressirized, killed everyone on board, flew for three more hours on autopilot, and crashed in a remote area. People speculated that the military woukd have shot the plane down if it appeared to endanger a populated area, but the Pentagon denied they ever would have done that (insert bullshit cough here) I guess they had two f 16s escorting them to the very end just for shits and giggles.

And remember the pilots could see everyone slumped over and air masks dangling? They knew they were already dead. Let a plane full of dead people wipe out a business full of live people? No way. Like if they were headed to your house.

I have thought a lot about the Payne Stewart crash since this happened and I think that the big difference is that crash happened pre-9/11, however even like you (and me when I read it), the Pentagon's claim that they would not have shot that plane down was met with a measure of skepticism especially since fighter jets were dispatched to check things out, eta: and as soon as the plane did not make the turn over the Florida panhandle to head to Texas, the military became involved. Nevertheless my comment can be interpreted as it would be easy to own up to shooting it down, and I don't think that it would be, and I have to cop that I think that the Malaysians know more and are covering up something, just not that they shot it down. I just don't think that it came to that because, like the Payne Stewart case, the Malaysians knew enough to know that a populated area was not in the plane's path and let the plane crash on its own.

But we still don't know where it crashed. No physical evidence whatsoever, anywhere. I think there's a degree of collusion and cooperation between all the investigating authorities because they all know this could have happened in their airspace. I don't think in situations like this the individual countries involved work in their own little bubble. They are all covering each other's asses and thinking "there but for the grace of God..."

I also think Flight 93 was shot down and the whole Pentagon crash is a scam. But that's a whole different conspiracy theory.
