Hunting doesn't really bother me, unless it is an endangered species.

She's awfully young to have access to a gun, though. Is that even legal?

I don't care for hunting but it's hunting for sport that bothers me. Some poor animal gives of its life so you can have a fun day out with friends and hang its head on your wall. Go shoot some targets. And if you really want to go out there for sport - don't take any weapons - it's just you and the animal. That's fair.

IMO, being happy and proud that you blew an animal away is just sick. It's one thing to hunt for food, but people who enjoy killing and then hang the heads on the wall are vile. Why not take a camera instead of a gun and hang some awesome photos on the wall, win-win all around.

Ok. I thought that they hunt and eat the meat, if that was just for the kill it is kind of weird. I'm just so used to the idea that people hunt mooses and stuff and then eat one animal the whole wonter time or something.

When I was a child and part of moose hunts we always ate the animals.

Also I think this girl is might not be just really thrilled to kill things but to have her dads approval and acceptance. It must be a "good" way to be one of the men and have admiration.

Around here, lots of people hunt deer. Some of them take their kids with them when they go hunting. I don't get it or have any desire to do so.
