It just seems that getting a balloon of that size loose and launched would take some time and effort, that they would notice. I can't imagine that the three of those kids could be doing all that without one of the parents noticing.

One of the news people on the radio was commenting that it probably was for publicity. They laughed that the family has been on Wife Swap not once but twice. They liked the attention.
