no they aren't. you have to be lying if you're saying you've never seen a "not so cute" baby. most "ugly" babies grow up to be very good looking children and adults- my cousin Josh looked just like Yoda as a baby and he could probably be a model if he wanted to- but yeah there are some uglies out there.
My daughter's always been adorable, even as a newborn, but if she wasn't, i would be able to admit it. it wouldn't change my love for her, though.

I was 8lb5oz and I'm 5'8 and on the slim side...so yeah, my birth weight hasn't really shown later in life (yet)
