This is actually from last August, but it was only just recently leaked. This video didn't show the part where she went nuts, and looked like she was trying to break the phone.

Why has this been leaked? I don't know if she's guilty or not because I don't know all the facts but how the hell is she going to get a fair trial if this sort of thing is leaked? And yes I do think, even if she did it, she deserves a fair trial. Everyone does.

You didn't see the pictures of her whoring it up at the club after she reported her daughter missing? I don't know if she is a "whore" honestly evil yes. I do know from what her mother said that she has been with quite a few men, and didn't know who the father of the baby was. Who knows..I just can't get over her clubbing after she reported her baby missing.

You're right, she didn't know who the father of her baby was. IMO, if you've been with so many guys that you can't figure out which one got you pregnant, you definitely qualify to be some kind of a whore.

I still don't think they should release this stuff. It's the old trying the case in public, which makes me think they might have a weak case. Either way, the more this goes on the more someone who is innocent will suffer from these sorts of tactics.

I believe she should get a fair trial. Everyone should. Unfortunatley, people are quick to jump to conclusions.
Having said that ... She, more than likely, from everything I have read so far (and it's been extensive) she was involved and at fault (and fucking crazy). But i'd say the biggest handicap to her defense is the lawyer she has hired - he comes across as bumbling, incompetent, inexperienced and is doing nothing to help her case in the slightest. Either are her family, for that matter...
The chance of a fair trial goes out the window as soon as the media are involved, especially in a case like this.

^^Agree. I wish there were more restraints on the media when it comes to trials, etc. It's difficult enough to get a fair trial, never mind when you've been tried in the press beforehand. Not everything that makes it into print is true and the prosecutors are playing a game just like the defense. And when things are incorrectly reported if they're revised few see it or care. I don't know if she's guilty, stupid, a whore or all of the above but it doesn't matter. She, along with everyone else, deserves a fair trial.
