Police: 'Handicapped' Boy Tortured For Stealing Panties

A 17-year-old in Cape Canaveral was arrested on suspicion of torturing a mentally-challenged boy who had taken a pair of his girlfriend's panties, according to a Local 6 News report.

Detectives said Joshua Fore (pictured, right) was at his 14-year-old girlfriend's home on Lincoln Avenue in Cape Canaveral with his 17-year-old friend, who is mentally challenged, before the alleged attack, Local 6 News reported.

Agents said Fore became enraged when his friend took a pair of his girlfriend's panties and he hit the boy with brass knuckles, according to Local 6 reporter Donald Forbes.

Authorities said Fore stripped the boy to his underwear and began different methods of torture.

"He was doused with lighter fluid and water and spray-painted," Brevard County sheriff's agent Jacque Hearon said. "Bug spray was sprayed in his eyes."

The boy said Fore also used the cut end of an extension cord in an effort to shock him with electricity.

A police report said Fore sprayed the victim’s face, neck, and shoulders with aerosol paint.

"The police report reads like something out of a horror movie," Local 6 reporter Jessica Sanchez said. "For about 30 minutes, a teenage boy suffered in a house of horror, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office."

After the alleged assault, the boy was given a timetable to get away, according to the report.

"He was told to clean up blood in the bathroom and then he was allowed to get a running head start out of the front door in his underwear," Hearon said. "He ran down the street with Joshua chasing him. According to the victim, Josh was yelling, 'If you call the police, I will kill you.'"

When the boy escaped, an unknown good Samaritan picked him up, transported the boy home and called police.

Fore was charged with attempted murder, false imprisonment and robbery.

When asked what went on during his arrest, Fore answered, "something bad."

Police said Fore's girlfriend was home and witnessed the alleged attack. She has not been charged in the attack.
