The beaten ex-girlfriend of Johnny Manziel was left in tears when she discovered the troubled NFL star was partying at a wedding in her hometown - just two weeks after he allegedly struck her so hard her eardrum ruptured.
Daily Mail Online has learned Colleen Crowley – who is still swollen and partially deaf in her left ear – was 'mad and upset' when she was shown dozens of photos of Manziel on open social media accounts living it up and smiling with friends.
Manziel, 23, who is currently the subject of a criminal investigation by the Dallas Police Department into the alleged late night assault on 23-year-old Crowley on January 30, was a groomsman for old Texas A&M teammate and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide-receiver Mike Evans and even gave a speech at the wedding, held at The Corinthian in Houston.

Crowley claims Manziel hit her in the head and ruptured her eardrum, before kidnapping and threatening to kill her - and them himself. The couple broke up in December after two years together
The notoriously hard-partying Cleveland Browns quarterback was seen in a series of photos in high spirits following the ceremony in Houston, Texas last weekend.
Smartly-dressed Manziel, who was sporting a goatee beard, posed with several different groups of guests and was seen watching Evans' wedding dance with new wife Ashli.
In a video posted on Twitter Wednesday by wedding guest and Seattle Seahawks running back Christine Michael, Manziel is seen rapping Drake's 'Back To Back'.
According to a close friend of Crowley, a model and student at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth who broke up with Manziel last December after two years together, the 23-year-old was devastated when friends pointed out the photos and video.
Crowley is angry that Manziel is seemingly getting on with a 'normal life', despite being investigated over the alleged attack.
She has accused Manziel of threatening to kill them both during a heated row on January 30 in Dallas and says she feared for her life.

Manziel was also charged $12,000 in legal fees and warned that if he breaches the restrictions, he will face up to a year behind bars and a fine of up to $4,000
It's claimed Manziel dragged her by the hair during the fight and hit her so hard she lost hearing in one ear.
The alleged attack ended at Crowley's apartment only after she pulled a knife out of her kitchen knife block and advanced toward him.
Manziel fled and Crowley ran for help to a neighbor's house.
The friend told Daily Mail Online: 'Colleen was in tears when she saw the photos at the wedding, she was very upset.
'She's mad that he is able to get on with life as normal as if none of this ever went down.
'It didn't help that the wedding was in Houston, Colleen's hometown where her family lives, it felt like he was rubbing her face in it.
'Colleen was pretty shaken up by the attack and she's angry that Johnny is still partying.'
Crowley and Manziel had broken up in December last year after two years together.
For the final four months of their relationship they lived together in Cleveland. The friend said that Crowley, after spending time with her family, is now back at college in Texas.
'She has been doing well, her hearing still isn't back in her left ear and she's all puffy and swollen still, but she's staying strong,' the friend said.
'Luckily she has a lot of good friends and a great supportive family around her so that is helping her get through this.
'She's a nice girl from a nice family, so it's not fair that a lot of people are somehow blaming her for this.
'Johnny [allegedly] kidnapped her and beat her, but all his fans are sticking by him.'
The friend said Manziel, who has not yet been arrested or charged, has never attempted to apologize or make amends for the attack.
Crowley has been granted a restraining order against the star quarterback which runs until February 3, 2018, bans him from going within 500 feet of Crowley's home or place of work, and bars him from carrying a firearm or ammunition.
A judge in Tarrant County, Texas, granted the order earlier this month after Crowley told a court she 'fears for my life'.
Manziel was also charged $12,000 in legal fees and warned that if he breaches the restrictions, he will face up to a year behind bars and a fine of up to $4,000.
It has been a tumultuous few weeks for Manziel, a 2012 Heisman Trophy winner and Cleveland Brown's first round draft pick, whose professional career has been marred by headlines about his drinking and hard-partying.
Manziel is due to be dropped by the Browns at the start of next season as a result of a string of off-field controversies.
Last week Manziel's father spoke out to say he fears for his son's life.
'I truly believe if they can't get him help, he won't live to see his 24th birthday,' Paul Manziel told The Dallas Morning News.
Manziel's father said the family has made two unsuccessful attempts to get the player into a rehab clinic.
The star agreed to go to the Enterhealth Ranch addiction facility in Van Alstyne, Texas, but he would not stay, his father said.
He also tried to have his son admitted to Carrollton Springs Hospital, but Manziel was allowed to leave.
Carrollton Springs is a psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital.
Mr Manziel said he told a Denton County Sheriff officer he believed his son to be suicidal.
Manziel spent 73 days last winter in a Pennsylvania treatment center specializing in care for alcohol and drug dependency.
As his downward spiral continues, his conduct will remain under severe scrutiny by the NFL until his future in the game is decided.
THE NIGHT OF THE FIGHT
According to the affidavit sworn to by Colleen Crowley, she went to Manziel's room at the Hotel Zaza in Dallas after midnight on January 29.'We planned to spend the night together in his room there,' she said.
But instead of a romantic reconciliation, Manziel and Crowley got into an argument about another woman. 'We started having a discussion about things I had heard earlier in the week about him being with a girl who had caused us problems in the past.'
She told Manziel that rather than sleep with him she planned to spend the night on the couch in his room. At that point the 6 ft. tall, 214 lb. quarterback picked her up and threw her on the bed, Crowley claimed.
'He claimed it was "playfully,"but it frightened me and I took it seriously. I decided I wanted leave the hotel but when I got to his room door and tried to open it, he restrained me from leaving and I tried to fight him off. I became very scared that he was going to hurt me,' said Crowley in her affidavit.
Restraining her, Manziel took her down the hotel's back steps to the valet parking area, she claimed.
'Although I did not want him to take me to my car, he would not take 'no' for an answer,' she said. 'When we got to the valet, I was crying and begged the valet, 'Please don't let him take me. I'm scared for my life.'
'The valet replied, 'I don't know what to do,' and proceeded to let Respondent literally throw me in the front passenger seat of his car and he went around and got in the driver's seat.'
Crowley said Manziel drove her to the Concrete Cowboy nightclub where she had parked and both got into her car, with the football player in the driving seat.
But as he reversed out of the lot, terrified Crowley leaped out of the passenger side door, ran across the street and hid in bushes, she said.
'He flipped a U-turn and pulled right in to where I was hiding. He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself. He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear.'
In the affidavit, written two days after the incident, she said she still could not hear, although her attorney, Kathy Kinser told KXAS-TV in Dallas that it is expected to heal fully.
Fearing for her life, Crowley said she hit Manziel 'several times in a bid to get out of the car
Crowley said Manziel then 'threw me off of him and I hit my head on the car window and I fell into the passenger floorboard. Still fearful for my life, I stayed in the floorboard motionless,' she said. Manziel then pulled her back on to the seat.
'He was telling me to 'Stop,' and wouldn't let me have my phone.'
During the 40 minute drive to Crowley's luxury apartment in Fort Worth, the fight escalated.
'I was crying and telling him 'I hate you Just leave me alone, I hate you,' she said. Manziel told her he was going to drop her off and then take her car and kill himself.
'I thought maybe he was on drugs or having a psychotic break so to keep him calm I began telling him, 'I love you.' 'We can figure this out, we can talk.''
But rather than talk, Manziel laughed in her face, Crowley claimed.
'I started crying even more and he told me: 'Shut up or I'll kill us both.' Then I started begging him not to kill me and he immediately responded, 'I would never kill you. You don't deserve that. I would only kill myself ' He was not making sense,' she said.
When they reached her home in the Berkeley Apartment complex Manziel refused to give his ex her phone and then smashed it on the tiled floor, Crowley claimed. Manziel then went outside, pacing up and down.
'With my phone not working, I resorted to my computer which was on the floor behind a large overstuffed chair,' said Crowley. 'I was trying to face-time my parents just to get any help I could.'
When Manziel returned to the room, he asked her if she had contacted anyone and she lied that she had not.
'He went over to the computer and saw that I actually had tried to face-time my parents and I became extremely scared as to what he might do. I was in my kitchen, so out of fear for my life, I pulled a knife out of my knife block and advanced toward him.
'He ran out of the apartment. I threw the knife down and followed behind him to make sure he had gone. I saw that he was still in the parking lot so I began banging on my neighbor's door and the upstairs neighbor came out asking if
I needed help. I screamed 'Yes ' and they came downstairs.'
Manziel then ran off, Crowley said.
