Indian doctors offering to amputate limbs of beggars to increase their earning power
I just heard this on CNN but can't seem to find an article. Basically, CNN and it's sister network in India secretly filmed doctors offering to amputate limbs so that beggars would have higher earning power out on the streets. Apparently the local mafia is involved. I am speechless at the completely fucked up world we live in.
