A real-life game of "Frogger" almost ended with a daredevil becoming roadkill.
The 23-year-old thrill-seeker and his friends were discussing the stunt near a busy highway intersection before a Lexus SUV smacked the man Monday night, leaving him hospitalized in stable condition, Clemson, S.C., cops said.
The man, who was playing the part of the frog, reportedly yelled, "Go" before running into oncoming traffic, police said.
In "Frogger," a popular 1980s arcade game, players try to maneuver a frog past cars and other hazards across busy roads and dangerous rivers.
Police are not expected to file charges against the driver.

I love the idea of froggers. It will always remind me of George Costanza in that Seinfeld/Pac Man episode![]()
He lived, so no Darwin Award. But he should get an honorable mention.
