Man Pleads Guilty To Fathering Baby With Daughter
Judge Gives Spartanburg County Man 15 Years In Prison

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- A Spartanburg County man is heading to prison after admitting to having a baby with his 16-year-old biological daughter, authorities said.

Timothy Gossett pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Gossett told deputies he didn't think the victim was his daughter because she didn't look like his other kids.

However, the assisted solicitor said Gossett's name is listed on the victim's birth certificate.

The victim and newborn are in the custody of the Department of Social Services.

A judge gave Gossett an active sentence of 15 years in prison with five years of probation.

Good thing he got prision time, sick fuck for getting his own daughter pregnant. ONe question though, did the daughter know that her dad was getting her pregnant, or did she not know?

Anyway that baby is going to be one unfortuante health hazard.

he probably raised her as her step-dad, and he was probably infrequently around so there was probably never a real dad-daughter relationship, she probably knew him some drunk asshole who came around once in a while, in fact i'm sure he was drunk when he knocked her up and poor girl didn't know any better..

What do they do with children in situations like this? Since Grandpa has admitted to being Pa, will the let the child stay with the mother? Obviously, it can't be held against the baby but you know this is one of those things that is frowned upon in today's society, ok any society.
