SOB arrested in murder of girlfriend's baby

An autopsy shows a 15-month-old boy was beaten to death inside an Essex apartment. A man now sits behind bars, charged with first degree murder. Adam May spoke exclusively with the child's family.

Fifteen-month-old Cameron Williams was killed by his mother's live-in boyfriend inside an Essex apartment Sunday night, according to police.

"I want to hold him and let him know that I love you, you'll always be with me," said Mayumo Taliaferro. "I wonder how anyone can do this to a baby."

Izumi Williams-Davis is the child's aunt on the biological father's side. She spoke only to WJZ.

"He did not deserve to be killed at all," she said.

During emergency treatment at Franklin Square, they claim the suspect--who they identified in a Myspace picture as 21-year-old Brian Savage--kept changing his story.

"He had no remorse. If a baby died in your care, anybody would be terrified. He just looked dumb, like a dumbfounded look," said Izumi Williams-Davis.

Police say the boy's autopsy showed bruises and cuts to his head and body, damage to his lungs, liver and spleen and other internal injuries.

"How could you sleep at night knowing you did this to an innocent child?" Taliaferro said. "How could you?"

"He didn't see his second Christmas or second birthday because of an idiot. That's not fair," Williams-Davis said.

Cameron's funeral will be Thursday at noon at the March Funeral Home on North Avenue.

I felt so sad for this poor baby and his two paternal aunts. The bastard needs a serious beat down, I hope he is in General Population. Go to the link he was so handsome and had the biggest smile. When will these girls learn they can't have any and everyone around their kids.

It's sad but sometimes these women care more about dick than their own children. Those types ought to be locked up, too.

They NEVER will learn. Because they are too emotionally stunted and fucking ignorant to see two inches beyond their nose. These are the women who had kids 'because it's what you do' or because 'I wanted somebody to love me'. People that fucking defective don't have the insight to change their behavior and they will alwyas put themselves first.
