Chester Ferrell, 78, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with ten counts of encouraging child sexual abuse in the second degree.
Police said they collected a wide range of evidence against Ferrell during a search of his home at 12100 SE Nella Way in Clackamas.
"We have already identified victims and will be attempting to locate and interview them," said detective Jeffrey Green, with the Clackamas County child abuse team. "Although there was a computer seized during the execution of a search warrant at the residence, this case dates back several years and the use of cameras and film."
Bail for Ferrell was set at $150,000 and he was scheduled to appear in circuit court at 3 p.m., Wednesday.
Police believe there may still be more victims they don’t know about. Anyone with information that may help in the case is asked to call detective Green at 503-655-8885.
