I learned about sex, periods and pregnancy at the ripe old age of 6, TWICE. My mom told me, and then my stepmom told me. I got the lecture every year, on my birthday (it evolved from the basics, to such pleasantries such as anal sex, blow jobs, spit vs. swallow).

Still.. the deed had to be done. I dont expect that the girl was ignorant enough to think that inserting a boy's part into her girl parts is normal schoolyard fun. I could have used this birds and bees intro when I got my period at age 9 and had no idea how it worked. Took me a couple of months to catch on that it was a monthly thing. So yeah I can see others being just as or even more clueless than me.
Though actually having sex at age 10, and conceiving, I can't fathom.

I've seen pregnant 11 year olds. It's usually pretty traumatic for them. They're scared shitless. Hell, even girls who are much older (but still underage) are usually scared shitless. Especially if it's their first. Sometimes they have to be completely put under...general anesthetic, like the old pre-epidural days for women who couldn't handle natural...where they wake up and there's a baby.

Wow!! That is insane! Though it is possible for a girl to get her period as young as 8/10 years old (my cousin did). Though for a girl to be that young and have a baby.....  Ok, her parents said she put on a little weight...right.....didn't she feel something moving in her....this is insane!
