The song I CAN NOT STAND is "Break My Stride", from the 80's. The worst part is they play this on one of the local stations, which is known for playing make-you-so-mellow-you'll-fall-asleep music, and then this song starts and that annoying music is so jarring! UGH!

Worst songs of all time? I'll go by decade:

From this decade: Crazytown's "Butterfly". Fromage. Pure fromage.
From the 1990's: Smashmouth's "All Star". Makes me cringe even now.
    From the 1980's: Anything Meatloaf.
From the 1970's: gotta go with that "Afternoon Delight" song. Even if it's funny in Anchorman.

That's about it. I'm not too up on golden oldies, and the ones that I know from my parents are pretty good.

    ^Loves that. Loves "Wildfire."

I get a big kick out of "Baby, Baby, Don't Get Hooked On Me" That one and Paul Anka's "You're Having My Baby" They are just so funny, I have to like them.

To me, it would be pure TORTURE to listen to Michael Jackson's "BAD" Album/CD. Holy shit, what a snoozefest of songs. I HATED when that came out, and no matter what station you turned to, ONE of those damn songs were on. "The Way You Make Me Feel", "Man in the Mirror", "Bad"....I could go on, but I am falling asleep as I am typing, just thinking about it.

I loved Meatloaf! The high dramatics of it all, the cheese, the pompousity! But I see how it might piss others off.

Even if "Baby, Baby Don't Get Hooked On Me" is pure cheese I cannot hate it. I was a flat chested little Cajun girl at the 1972 Louisiana State Fair and saw Mac Davis sing that song while I was pressed up flat against the stage feeling the powerful Mojo! He kissed my cheek afterwards and I wet my schoolgirl panties.. Awwww..the memories of old cheesy songs..

"Dust in the Wind" is one those so deep it's shallow songs, like something sung by someone desparately attempting to seem innerlecjewel after three joints and two brain cells rubbing around in their head.

It is not THE worst song...just one of them. And of course only IMO.

Um, yeah, like EVERYTHING ever sung by an actor/actress?

    Don Johnson - "Heartbeat"
    Bruce Willis - "Respect Yourself"
Eddie Murphy - "Party all the Time"

There are others - just so wrong!

"She's Like The Wind" by Patrick Swayze - the one song that didn't really fit the movie "Dirty Dancing" very well at all..
