Someone suggested Sara Bareilles--and I listened. And vomited. I'm sorry, she is so not that good.
First: Naming your album "little voice" when you're voice is big is like fishing for compliments. It's too precious, and it's obviously a ploy.
Second: Her lyrics are awful.
Third: Her "piano-playing" is HORRENDOUS. They're calling her a pianist....I'm sorry. Tori Amos is a pianist. Nellie McKay is a pianist. Norah Jones is a pianist. Charlotte Martin is a pianist. I am a pianist. This girl just bangs notes on the piano and clearly doesn't know anything about music
Fourth: Her voice sounds too much like Fiona Apple's....as if Fiona is trying to be a neo-soul singer. You know what? We already have a Fiona, and she's much more talented, and has much more to say than this overrated nitwit.
Fifth: Too much production. Too much all at once, and the SONGS SOUND EXACTLY THE SAME.
Sixth: Did I mention the bad lyrics and bad piano playing?
It's too bad someone like Charlotte Martin slipped into obscurity when she has SO much more talent that Sara Bareilles. Sara is not worth the hype. She's not. But she's got the money backing her, and we're being told she's really talented and worth listening to.
No thanks. What a piece of crap this album is.

Just heard a song from the bloody Cranberries onthe radio. Hate the song, ahte the band...she's a low-rent Sinead O'Connor.

It's Gonna Be Me- NSYNC. I did a dance to this in highschool, me and a few girls- i choreographed it. Do you know how NSYNC did that dance move where they turn from side to side and put their hands down (i hope i'm explaining this well enough- anyway its in the video for that song).
Thankfully i can dance better than that now
