I heard that "Lime in the Coconut" song today--I haven't heard it in ages, but it instantly lodged in my brain and will probably be there for at least a couple of days.

Single Ladies as sung by The Chipettes. I like it better than the original!

Now I've got "Rubber Band Man" by the Spinners lodged in my brain (they were playing it in Trader Joe's the other day). Do-do-do-do-do.

A guy called Ben Howard's cover of that 'Call Me Maybe' song. I think it (and him, in general) are incredible. Give it a listen.

Ever since I saw Angela Bofill on 'Unsung', one of the songs from her Too Tough LP, 'Love You Too Much', keeps going round and round in my head.

'Cuz ayyyy, love you too much

I think seeing Angela Bofill's album covers in the 70's, kick started my lifelong love of full, sensuous lips. And Angela had'em!

Oh, she was a pretty child, wasn't she? It was heartbreaking to see her struggle with her speech and her walking. But, she looks good considering what she's gone through.
