I watched the best of the 80's songs on VH1 this weekend, and this morning I woke up with the worst one in my head: Mr. Roboto by Styx.

I defy ANYBODY to top that.

The time has come at last
    To throw away this mask
    So everyone can see
    My true identity...
    I'm Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy!
Don't slap me, cause I'm not in the mood!

Yes, the "I'M KILROY!!!" part just makes me cringe.

Here's something funny - I actually saw it live in concert. My first Styx concert was Pieces of Eight, I think, but yes, I saw the Roboto crap, too.

    Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto,
    Mata ah-oo hima de
    Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto,
    Himitsu wo shiri tai
What the hell does all that MEAN? And why are we supposed to give a crap about Kilroy?

I'll call your Mr. Roboto and raise you "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood" song.....

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood.
A beautiful day for a neighbor
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?

I have always wanted a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So, let's make the most of this beautiful day.
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?
    Won't you be my neighbor?

Won't you please, won't you please?
Please won't you be my neighbor?

And, the worse thing is that not only can't I get the words out of my head, I keep humming the melody. I have a reputation to uphold here.....I simply CANNOT be heard humming that idiotic tune.......that EVERYONE recognizes.....and they know I don't even have or like children......

    ......help........

    ^Wow. LOL

I have Robin Thicke's song "Lost Without You" stuck in my head. But I love the song, so I don't mind. Just his tone of voice and the lyrics. *sigh*
    Man I love that song.

Pshaw, Mr. Rogers is for sissies ... you want real public humiliation? During a Functional Team meeting this morning I caught myself singing "I'll do ya'" by Whale ... for those of you unfamiliar, I'll demonstrate how entirely NSFW this song is...

Darling darling darling. Don't hesitate let's go.
Darling darling darling. I teach you all I know.

I wanna slap my titties right across your face.
As we slam our bodies in a famished pace.
I wanna treat you baby, like a horny dog.
And ride you reckless baby, on top of your big log.

Darling darling darling. I'll blow your mind
Darling darling darling. I think you're starting to grind

Tip my tongue across your skin.
Fill my mouth with you, until you start to grin.
C'mon let's change positions cause I want more.
until you knees start bleeding on my marble floor.

Aside from being entirely inappropriate - it's also frightfully catchy!!!

^^ That is exactly what my reputation indicates I should be singing.....NOT Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.....although I supposed going down the hall singing about my titties would cause a few odd looks.....however, I do make a habit of talking about my big log.....

*ahem* I'm terribly sorry, but there is no hope for you. You're doomed.

I think I've been privy to convos about your log before ... and I liked 'em!!

Lobes, I try to keep my inner whore hidden, but on occasion she jumps out in all her glory. Horrifying all witnesses. I guess I'm feeling a little skeevy today - what with trying commando and all (inspired by the commando thread, of course.)

I want to know where Cloud gets a Functional Team. None of our employees function whether in a team or alone.....

I am NOT doomed. Mouth to mouth would definitely help.....

Well, perhaps if you were to put in some old Led Zepplin or ACDC or something like that...

Hey, blame the commando thread on WickedHo. She's trying to turn all the chicks on this board into brazen coochie flashers.

Sure, then I could try to pry "Pour Some Sugar on Me", out of the trails in my brain left by the Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.....
