i recently bought tickets for one night at the paléo festival (justice, caribou, patrick watson, the raveonettes)
Paléo Festival Nyon 2008
and 2 nights at the montreux jazz festival
1st night - css, fischerspooner, the whip
2nd night - interpol, the kissaway trail, the national
can't wait for july

i went to Michael Buble last nite. awesome show. they had THE most awesome group opening for them, called Naturally Seven. they sing Acapella, but their music is made vocally. so very cool! i'll be buying their CD
they tour with Michael.

The Making The Band Tour at the Wiltern in Los Angeles a few weeks ago.
Danity Kane's performance was surprisingly really good.

went to the montreux jazz festival last friday and saw
the whip - awesome live, much better than i expected from the album
hercules & the love affair - they suck!!! the only thing worthwhile about them is antony's singing on the album and that apparently was only a one-off, he isn't touring with them. baaaaad.
neon neon - concept band and album all about the delorean, it's a collaboration between super furry animals' gruff rhys and boom bip. har mar superstar was there too. pure awesomeness.
css - brilliant.
