I listen to all dance remixes even when Im cleaning house. All the songs basically have the same beat. "One Word" Kelly Osbourne, a really good CD I listen to pretty much everytime I walk is by a group called Avalon the CD is called "Remixed".

When I work out at home or somewhere where I can use my mP3 player, I put on a mix of upbeat stuff as well as some slower-paced stuff, and I use that as a cue to do intervals at different intensities, or to stretch for the duration of the slower song(s).
For more upbeat stuff, I like old Britney Spears (ha!), Garbage, Avril Lavigne, and some hard-rock stuff. Basically songs that I don't normally listen to if I'm just sitting at my comp, but they do the trick.

Re: Please post your Favorite Songs to Exercise/Workout to.....
dance tunes are great for exercising because the beats are so quick and you feel like you have to keep up!
I also like Destiny's child coz it has plenty of attitude but I don't think theres too many DC fans on here
I was actually listening to Beyonce - Crazy in Love on my treadmill last night, I wasn't running, just walking quickly and I really got into the song and started doing a kinda diva strut thing, swinging my hips and arms and mouthing the words when my mum walked in, I was embarrassed so I panicked and tried to stop and almost fell off!

I love the beat to Jennifer Lopez's "Let's Get Loud". It makes me want to work out.
