Default Workout mix

Hellooooo! I am looking to spice up my workout on the treadmill (30 minutes minimum) and am wondering if you have any suggestions, from the warmup to the intense middle to the cooldown. I don't just appreciate one kind of music, I like everything, except techno. But I like 80s to indi to disco to r&b (I love old school R&B). I just dont like top 40 that much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

If you have itunes fitpod and podrunner have some great podcasts. They're all dance music witht he RPMs set for And they're free!

They also give you the rpms and a short description as to whether they're insane or a walk in the park.

I find the steady beat keeps my pace consistent better than a regular mix of tunes.

a song that always gets me energized is " hydrolics" aka scarred by luke and trick daddy. If that doesn't get you going, nothing will. The song is posted on youtube. I would link it, but i'm not that tecnologically inclined.

Fluke's Risotto is a great cd.
When I go running I listen to alot of NIN and Ministry; it totally makes me kick my own ass.

I have been doing a stationary bike. I have Depeche Mode on my mp3 player right now. Some of the tracks I have are:
"Halo"
"Personal Jesus:
"It's No Good"
"Never Let Me Down Again"
