Pretty much all of them, but especially In My Life, Michelle -- I'm tired of it, but the melody lingers -- When I'm 64, anything off the double white LP, Revolver, Abbey Road...
I don't know that I can actually pick my favorites, but I'll give it a shot:
Girl
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Fool on the Hill
FUCK YOU AND GIVE ME MY GODDAMN VENTI TWO PUMP LIGHT WHIP MOCHA YOU COCKSUCKING WHORE BEFORE I PUNCH YOU IN THE MOUTH. I just get unpleasant in my car. - Deej

I HATE Hey Jude with a passion, and it was the #1 song the week I was born.

Eleanor Rigby is one of the best pop songs ever written, IMO. It still makes me cry.
Can't buy me love, love
Can't buy me love
I'll buy you a diamond ring my friend if it makes you feel alright
I'll get you anything my friend if it makes you feel alright
'Cause I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love
I'll give you all I got to give if you say you love me too
I may not have a lot to give but what I got I'll give to you
I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love
Can't buy me love, everybody tells me so
Can't buy me love, no no no, no
Say you don't need no diamond ring and I'll be satisfied
Tell me that you want the kind of thing that money just can't buy
I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love

If you think you hate it now, you should hear Linda McCartney's isolated mic feed.

I remember when a radio station did this to Linda way back in the day. It was at a Wings concert and they were singing Jets. It was pathetic.
Oh yeah, I have to add Norwegian Wood to my favorites list. And I still think Fool on the Hill is their most underrated song ever. Eleanor Rigby might be a slightly better song, but it at least got a lot of play.

I like Hey Jude.
But the one in Across the Universe.
I hate the actual Beatles and their dodgy nasal voices.
Oh and Yesterday, of course, beats them all. The original.
Happiness is a warm gun
Rocky Raccoon
Maxwell's Silver Hammer
Norwegian Wood (makes me think of the Murakami book which I adore)
The Walrus is sorta alright, but that's about it. I can't stand the Beatles..... they are annoying as hell.
