All footage is taken from the French New Wave film 'Bande a part,'
(Band of Outsiders), directed by Jean-Luc Godard (1964). The
footage is b&w and features Anna Karina, Godard's one-time wife,
dancing in a French café.
(As an aside, Tarantino is a big Godard fan and styled Uma Thurman's
hairstyle after Karina's when he made Pulp Fiction.)

At first I thought this song was in the original movie, but it turns out
it was just recorded recently. But it fits their dancing perfectly.
