Default Whats rocking your Auto this week?

Since I spend alot of time in the car each week so its my music zone.

So this week was a spree of albums to freshen up my driving vibe.

So here goes.

The Killers - Hot Fuss ( I cant believe I took so long to buy this )
The White Stripes
The Veronicas
Supergrass - Best of
Joe Satriani
Franz Ferdinand

Good ole James Blunt will get a show in at some point Im sure.

But I must say The Killers is the EM Album of the Week.

So what is yours?

He puts me to sleep. Most boring performer I've even seen and as a former music critic, I've seen 100s.

You really should give them a try. Especially if you're a Maynard fan. They sound nothing like Tool though. I recommend "Mer de Noms" and "Thirteenth step".

You can listen to some live stuff here @ the tour journal...

My Dad was nice enough to give me XM radio as a gift (well, passed on his old system when he got a new one and pays family subscription anyway, better than throwing it out), so I've always got that in my car. I just shuffle through my preset channels til i find something I want to listen to, I almost always can.

My preset channels:
Highway 16 (new country)
Nashville (classic and new country)
XM Comedy (uncensored comedy acts)
20 on 20 (top 20)
Mix (mostly Billboard top 40, some older stuff pops up every so often)
Kiss (out of CA, the one w/Ryan Seacrest-I avoid it in the morning like the plague)
On Broadway (Broadway musicals)
BPM (dance music)
90's (90's music)
60's (thats for the boyfriend, I'll listen sometimes too)

I mostly listen to Fred, an XM Radio station.

As far as CDs, the current rotation is:
1. A CD I burned of New Order songs
2. The Cure--"Wish"
3. The Killers--"Hot Fuss"
4. Depeche Mode--"Playing the Angel"
5. Fleetwood Mac--"Say You Will"
6. A CD I burned of New Wave/Synth-Pop music (Vicious Pink, Secession, Pet Shop Boys ...)

Yes! Had bought it 'round a week ago and when I had mentioned it on an ealier thread you were the one who had endorsed "goodbye my lover" so wholeheartedly. Hadn't given that one a chance 'till then, thanks for the heads up.
