Hollaback Girl (Gwen Stefani), The Hand That Feeds (NIN), My Humps (BEP), London Bridge (Fergie), Walk This Way (Aerosmith and Run DMC), The Distance (Cake), White Orchid (White Stripes).. anything with a heavy bass line and a lot of tempo usually gets me pumped up.

I never thought I'd say this, but I find Blackout by Britney is great for running and exercising! It's a very good album. Ugh.
Also, Lady Gaga.

My favorite workout music these days is the soundtrack from Saturday Night Fever. 70's disco music is just motivating and my workouts are more energetic. I know, I'm cheesy.

AC/DC is another heart pumper for me. Beastie Boys, Foo Fighters, The Strokes, The Fratellis, Gorillaz (heck yea, Algernon), Led Zeppelin, old school Michael Jackson (god rest his crazy ass), some hip-hop like I mentioned earlier.. I refuse to listen to Kanye, Beyonce, or Lady Gaga though.

On the odd occassion that I decide to terrify the cats and dig out an old workout tape I usually turn down the sound on the TV and put on Kiss instead. I used to have a CD that I'd burnt especially for that purpose with loads of different rock and metal tracks, as the cheesy bitch on the tape always made me want to turn it off and go eat some cake every time she started with her motivational whoops and yells, so once I'd learnt the routine I kept her on mute and my own music on at top volume.
