Okay, I could just cry. I've never been adventurous when it comes to music. I think my ears or tastes were set and I've never ventured off.

The highlights equal = Huh? Who's that? I'm pretty sure I stopped listening to new music in the early 90's with Crowded House and Nirvana.

I'm going to sample some of the music that you all love and see what hits me. Well, I'm a musicologist of yore.

Nick Cave seems well liked here.

LOL, chalet, I feel guilty at your choices from my list. Most of them would make your ears fall off.

Manowar are cheesy, Rotting Christ and Septic Flesh are Greek metal of all things and pretty extreme, The Tiger Lillies are Dark Cabaret and sort of defy description, Thee Michelle Gun Elephant are Japanese and very noisy and Diamanda Galas is just insane.

Better go through the other lists first. The Magnetic Fields are awesome, Nick Cave too and I also adore Aimee Mann from what I could see.

Hey, she wasn't the greatest singer, but she had big tits and some of her songs were pretty good.

But here's some ammo for you. I bought the Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam Greatest Hits CD.
