Why is Lindsay Lohan famous???

Those movies were for kids, and their manager made them into some sort of corporation. Just like Raven Symone, who because of all of her crappy child endeavors is worth 400million!

Like it or not Lindsey Lohan is an actress and at times a very good one. I agree with Chilly. She didn't become famous by default or by being a hanger on.

I agree...Lindsay had a lot of promise. She was adorable in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday and Mean Girls. Unfortunately, her personal life has taken over. She's made some bad movie choices, and her partying has gotten in the way of her showing her talent. She was so fresh-faced, and now she looks washed up.

Why is ANYONE famous? Lindsay is an actress, just like all those other actors and actresses, how is she less deserving of 'fame' than they are? None of them contribute anything to society either.

I don't think Lindsay is a bad actress at all, she just picks really shitty roles.

And her private life is too in people's faces for them to respect her. You are too sick to death of her to want to see her movies.
