Who would you grant custody of kids to, Britney Spears or Kevin Federline?

Britney, cuz she's the chick. They are both wrecks, but being a chick, I am predjudiced. Also she has the bucks to maybe make up for it...a little bit anyway, the babies can have apartments and college educations if they want them...With KFed, they can go on disability or welfare, and maybe get a bicycle with bad brakes from their everlovin Dad if they are good...that's about all he'll be willing to be able to do for them.

I know she shaved her head, but at least she had the cojones to do it herself. This made her a 3 of 10 instead of a 1 of 10 in my mind.

I say other. Since the kids are the spawn of krazy Brit and evil K-fed..they should just be thrown into an incinerator or put into a plastic bag weighted down with rocks and thrown into the nearest deep body of water.

I think Britney would be fine with some help from her family. Kevin barely takes care of his first 2 kids with Shar Jackson.

Britney, hands down. K-fed is a way bigger loser, and this melt down of britney's hopefully is a temporary thing. She's probably going through a funk of depression right now and could be fine with some therapy, some zoloft, and a new crew to be friends with.

Since the ongoing revelations about Britney's heavy longterm drug usage (and her crazy behavior) I'm inclined to say Team CPS.

Failing that, I'd say Kevin UNTIL Britney's been out of rehab and CLEAN for AT LEAST six months, WITH monitoring/testing.

Then, joint custody. And while the kids are with Kevin I'd obviously include visitation rights for Britney once she's out of rehab and encourage both sets of grandparents to participate as well.

Oh yeah, and some childrearing classes for Britney. No more damn revolving door nannies. Just one good one maybe, hired by someone OTHER than Britney, with instruction and support of Britney's spending time with the kids included part of the job description.

Kevin, definitely Kevin...atleast temporarily. Britney is dangerously out of control, and how do we know she's any better behind closed doors? Kevin may not have the money Brit does, but money doesn't make a good parent, and I think Britney has proved that.
